What age is the Teen Clarity Facial suitable for?

The Teen Clarity Facial is designed for teen skin from around age 12 to 18, when hormonal changes begin to affect oil production, breakouts and texture. Younger teens are welcome with parental consent and we always tailor the treatment intensity to their skin's tolerance.

Will my teen need a consultation first?

Their first treatment includes a short consultation so we can assess their skin, understand their concerns, and tailor the facial to their needs. Parents are welcome to attend. There's no separate consultation fee for first-time teen patients.

How often should my teen have this facial?

Most teens benefit from every 4 to 6 weeks during their teenage years to manage breakouts, congestion and texture. We can adjust frequency based on how their skin responds and what life stage they are in (exams, sport, hormonal shifts).

Is the facial suitable for teen skin with acne?

Yes — the Teen Clarity Facial is designed specifically to support acne-prone teen skin, combining exfoliation, gentle extractions and LED light therapy to clarify, rebalance and calm. We avoid harsh ingredients that can compromise the skin barrier.

There is minimal to no downtime.
Most teens leave looking fresh and clean, not red. Some may experience mild pinkness for 1–2 hours post-treatment, but this settles quickly. Makeup is best avoided for the rest of the day to allow the skin to breathe.
Most teens benefit from treatments every 3–4 weeks, depending on congestion and breakouts.
For active acne or oily skin, we may recommend a short course of more frequent sessions to get things under control, followed by maintenance visits.
