Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to reschedule your appointment — we simply ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
Please note, this fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness or unforeseen circumstances, as your appointment time has been reserved especially for you and cannot be filled at short notice.

We genuinely appreciate your understanding. As a small business, last-minute cancellations or no-shows can significantly impact our team and prevent us from offering that time to other clients.
